Combihale G 3 Pack Of 10 Capsules is used for the following:

• Maintenance treatment of COPD

• Management of chronic bronchitis

• Control of emphysema

• Prevention of COPD symptom flare-ups

• Long-term control of persistent breathing difficulties

• Reduction of airway inflammation in COPD

• Management of airflow obstruction

• Improvement of lung function in patients with COPD

• Control of excessive mucus production

• Relief of chest tightness in COPD

• Maintenance therapy for inadequately controlled COPD

Follow these instructions while taking Combihale G 3 Pack Of 10 Capsules:

• Use this medicine only with a Rotahaler device; never swallow the capsule whole.

• Insert the capsule into the Rotahaler device as shown in the package instructions.

• Breathe out completely before placing your lips around the mouthpiece.

• Inhale deeply and forcefully to draw the medicine into your lungs.

• Hold your breath for 5-10 seconds after inhaling, then breathe out slowly.

• Rinse your mouth with water after each use and spit it out.

Combihale G 3 Pack Of 10 Capsules contains three active ingredients that work together to improve breathing:

• Budesonide (400 mcg): This corticosteroid reduces airway inflammation by suppressing inflammatory cells and chemicals in the lungs. It helps decrease swelling and mucus production in the airways, making breathing easier.

• Glycopyrrolate (25 mcg): This anticholinergic agent blocks muscarinic receptors in the airways. By doing so, it prevents the narrowing of airways and reduces mucus secretion, providing additional bronchodilation through a mechanism different from that of formoterol.

• Formoterol fumarate (12 mcg): As a long-acting beta-2 agonist, it relaxes the muscles around the airways. This bronchodilator works by attaching to specific receptors called beta-2 receptors on airway muscles, causing them to relax and widen for up to 12 hours.
