T2c 10 Tablet 15 is used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus by improving blood sugar control. • Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Do not split, crush, or chew the tablet.

• The medicine can be taken with or without food, as prescribed by the doctor.

• Try to take the medicine at approximately the same time each day.

T2c 10 Tablet 15 is taken orally.

T2c 10 Tablet 15 contains dapagliflozin (10 mg), which works in the following ways:
