Pacimol MF Tablet is used to relieve mild to moderate pain and inflammation, including menstrual cramps, dental pain, headaches and musculoskeletal discomfort, and it also helps reduce fever. It combines mefenamic acid, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), with paracetamol.
Together, these ingredients help ease pain, reduce inflammation and lower a raised temperature. Take it as prescribed, usually after meals, to help reduce stomach upset. Continue taking it for the duration advised by your doctor, and do not exceed the recommended dose.
Avoid taking other pain-relief medicines containing paracetamol or NSAIDs at the same time, as this can increase the risk of side effects. Resting the affected area and staying well hydrated can also help ease discomfort. Limiting alcohol intake is advisable while taking this medicine.
Tell your doctor about any ongoing medicines or conditions, particularly asthma, clotting disorders, or stomach ulcers, before taking this medicine. Report any skin rash or persistent abdominal pain to your doctor promptly. This medicine is not recommended in the later stages of pregnancy.
