Meftal-Forte Tablet is used to relieve mild to moderate pain from a range of conditions, along with fever, offering short-term relief while your body recovers.

Uses of Meftal-Forte Tablet are:

• Pain Relief: Relieves headache, migraine, muscle, joint and dental pain, and pain after surgery.
• Menstrual Pain: Eases painful period cramps.
• Fever: Helps lower a high body temperature.

• It is important to follow the instructions provided by the healthcare professional while taking the Meftal Forte tablet. 
• The medication should be taken with or after food to reduce the risk of stomach irritation.

• Meftal Forte tablets should be administered orally with a glass of water.

Meftal Forte Tablet 10 composition contains Mefenamic Acid (500 Mg) + Paracetamol/Acetaminophen (325 Mg) as its active ingredients.

• Mefenamic Acid: It is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that blocks the production of chemical substances called prostaglandins, which cause inflammation and pain in the body. This action occurs by inhibiting the cyclooxygenase enzymes (COX-1 and COX-2), leading to relief from pain and inflammation.
• Paracetamol: It is an analgesic (pain-relieving) and antipyretic (fever-reducing) medication that acts on the thermoregulatory center in the brain to regulate body temperature. It primarily inhibits COX enzymes in the brain mildly, thereby providing relief from pain and fever. However, its anti-inflammatory effect is minimal.
