It combines mefenamic acid, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), with paracetamol. Together, they block the production of prostaglandins, the chemicals that signal pain and trigger inflammation.
Take it after meals to reduce the risk of stomach upset, at the lowest effective dose for the shortest time needed.
