It contains two active ingredients: ibuprofen and paracetamol. Ibuprofen belongs to a group of medicines called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) that block chemical messengers causing pain and inflammation, while paracetamol acts as an effective analgesic and antipyretic to lower elevated body temperatures.
To help prevent potential stomach irritation, it is always recommended to administer this suspension to your child alongside or immediately after a meal or a glass of milk. Ensuring the child rests well and remains hydrated with water or clear broths can significantly speed up recovery from viral fevers.
