Telvas-3D Tablet is used to treat high blood pressure. It combines Telmisartan, Amlodipine, and Hydrochlorothiazide to relax blood vessels, improve blood flow, helping lower blood pressure and reduce the risk of heart-related issues.

Here are some steps to follow while using Telvas-3D Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew it.
• You can take this medicine with or without food.
• Stick to taking your medicine at the same time each day for the best results.
• It's best to take this medicine at least four hours before bedtime, since it may increase urination frequency due to its diuretic component.
• Always consult your doctor if you wish to adjust your dosage or stop taking this medicine.

Telvas-3D Tablet works through the combined action of its three main ingredients:

• Amlodipine (5 mg): This ingredient is a calcium channel blocker. It relaxes your blood vessels and improves blood flow by reducing calcium influx into vascular smooth muscle cells, which are cells that help control the contraction and dilation of blood vessels.
• Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5 mg): This is a thiazide diuretic. It helps reduce your blood volume by increasing the excretion of sodium and water through your kidneys.
• Telmisartan (40 mg): As an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB), telmisartan prevents the constriction of blood vessels by blocking the action of angiotensin II, a hormone that causes vasoconstriction or narrowing of blood vessels.
