Telvas-3D Tablet is a combination of medicines used to treat high blood pressure when one medication isn’t enough. It helps lower blood pressure, reducing the risk of heart attacks and strokes.

Here are some steps to follow while using Telvas-3D Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew it.
• You can take this medicine with or without food.
• Stick to taking your medicine at the same time each day for the best results.
• It's best to take this medicine at least four hours before bedtime, since it may increase urination frequency due to its diuretic component.

Telvas-3D Tablet works through the combined action of its three main ingredients:

• Amlodipine (5 mg): This ingredient is a calcium channel blocker. It relaxes your blood vessels and improves blood flow by reducing calcium influx into vascular smooth muscle cells, which are cells that help control the contraction and dilation of blood vessels.
• Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5 mg): This is a thiazide diuretic. It helps reduce your blood volume by increasing the excretion of sodium and water through your kidneys.
• Telmisartan (40 mg): As an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB), telmisartan prevents the constriction of blood vessels by blocking the action of angiotensin II, a hormone that causes vasoconstriction or narrowing of blood vessels.
