It contains pantoprazole, a proton pump inhibitor that reduces stomach acid, and domperidone, which helps the stomach empty more effectively. Take it as prescribed by your doctor, usually on an empty stomach before meals. Swallow the capsule whole; do not crush or chew it. Continue taking it for the full course advised, even if symptoms improve.
Certain lifestyle changes support treatment alongside this medicine. These include eating smaller meals, avoiding spicy, fatty, or acidic foods, limiting caffeine and alcohol, and not lying down for at least two hours after eating.
