Composition

Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5 Mg) + Telmisartan (40 Mg)

Telvas H 40/12.5 Tablet is used to manage high blood pressure and to help reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke.

It contains telmisartan, an angiotensin receptor blocker that relaxes the blood vessels, and hydrochlorothiazide, a diuretic that removes excess salt and water. Together they lower blood pressure.

Take it at the same time each day as prescribed.

Do not use it in pregnancy. Tell your doctor about any kidney problems before starting, and report signs of dehydration such as excessive thirst, dizziness or weakness.
