CompositionIbuder P Suspension 60ml is a medicine used to relieve mild to moderate pain and reduce fever in children. It is a combination medicine containing ibuprofen (an anti-inflammatory pain reliever) and paracetamol (a pain reliever and fever reducer), and belongs to a class of medicines called analgesics and antipyretics.
This medicine works by blocking the chemicals that cause pain, inflammation and fever, which eases discomfort from common childhood illnesses such as toothache, earache, sore throat, headache and body aches. Shake the bottle well and give it after food using the measuring device provided, in the dose, frequency and duration prescribed by your child's doctor. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest time needed, and do not give it with other medicines containing paracetamol or ibuprofen.
Let your child rest and offer plenty of fluids such as water or warm soups to prevent dehydration.
Before giving this medicine, tell your child's doctor if your child has asthma, stomach ulcers, kidney or liver problems or a history of bleeding, and about all other medicines your child takes. Contact your child's doctor immediately for severe stomach pain, black stools or an unexplained skin rash, as ibuprofen can affect the stomach, kidneys and heart if used for long.
