Flexon MR Tablet can interact with medications, including:

• Antihypertensives such as spironolactone, enalapril, atenolol, and telmisartan. Flexon MR Tablet reduces the effect of these medications.
• Antiepileptics such as phenobarbital, phenytoin, and carbamazepine.
• Anticoagulants such as warfarin. The concomitant use of this tablet and anticoagulants has an increased risk of bleeding compared to the use of either medication alone. 
• Antiarrhythmic medications such as digoxin. This tablet increases the blood concentration and prolongs the half-life of digoxin. 
• Immunosuppressant medication such as cyclosporine. Their concomitant use can affect kidney function.
• Cancer medications such as methotrexate. Their concomitant use may increase the risk for methotrexate toxicity (e.g., decreased WBCs, low ​​platelet count, and kidney dysfunction). 
• Other NSAIDs, such as dexamethasone or aspirin. Concomitant use of this tablet with other NSAIDs or salicylates (e.g., diflunisal, salsalate) increases the risk of gastrointestinal toxicity, with little or no increase in efficacy. 
• Diuretics such as furosemide. This tablet lowers the effects of diuretics.

Flexon MR Tablet can interact with diseases, including:

• Liver disease: This tablet may cause severe liver problems.
• Kidney impairment: The prolonged use of this tablet may cause kidney dysfunction.
• Heart diseases: This tablet can increase the risk of a heart attack or stroke.
• Hypertension: Patients taking some antihypertensive medications may not respond to the medications while taking this tablet.
• Gastrointestinal problems: This tablet can increase the risk of gastrointestinal problems such as bleeding, ulceration, and perforation of the stomach or intestines.

Take the daily dose of Flexon MR Tablet as prescribed by your doctor. The dosage may change based on individual factors such as the severity of the condition and response to treatment. It is important to follow the prescribed dosage and not exceed it without consulting your doctor.
