Bilamont Tablet is used to manage allergic conditions such as seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, allergic skin reactions, allergic conjunctivitis, and urticaria. It helps relieve symptoms including sneezing, itching, redness, swelling, and nasal congestion associated with allergies.

Follow these instructions while taking Bilamont Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Avoid breaking, crushing, or chewing the tablet.

• It's vital not to exceed the recommended dosage without consulting your doctor.

• Don't stop taking this medicine without speaking to your doctor first.

Bilamont Tablet is taken orally.

Bilamont Tablet contains two active ingredients:

• Bilastine (20 mg): As an antihistamine, bilastine works by blocking the action of histamine. Histamine is a substance in your body that triggers allergic reactions. By binding to H1 receptors in your body, bilastine prevents histamine from causing allergy symptoms.

• Montelukast (10 mg): Montelukast is a leukotriene receptor antagonist. Leukotrienes are chemical messengers in the body that cause inflammation in the airways and contribute to allergy symptoms. By inhibiting these leukotriene receptors, montelukast decreases inflammation and helps manage symptoms.

• Store Bilamont Tablet in a cool, dry place, ideally at room temperature below 30°C.

• Protect the medicine from light and moisture.

• Always keep the medicine beyond the reach of children.

• Make sure to use it before its expiry date.

• During pollen season, try to stay indoors with windows closed to minimise exposure to allergens, as Bilamont Tablet is used to manage allergic conditions.

• Keep your home clean and dust-free. Regular vacuuming can help reduce the presence of dust mites, which may trigger allergies.
