Zerodol-SP Tablet is used to relieve pain, inflammation, swelling and fever in conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, lower back pain, muscle sprains, and pain after surgery or dental work. It also helps with menstrual cramps.
It contains aceclofenac, an anti-inflammatory painkiller, paracetamol, which relieves pain and fever, and serratiopeptidase, an enzyme that helps reduce swelling and supports tissue healing.
Take the tablet as prescribed, preferably with food or milk to reduce stomach discomfort. Do not combine it with other paracetamol-containing medicines.
Use it only on a doctor's prescription and not for unsupervised long-term pain management. Tell your doctor about any stomach, kidney or heart conditions before starting. Evidence that the added enzyme accelerates tissue healing is limited; it should be described only as a possible adjunct for swelling.
