Rosave F-20 Tablet contains two active ingredients that improve your lipid levels:

• Fenofibrate (160 mg): This component works by activating a specific receptor in your body called peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor alpha (PPAR-α). This activation increases the production of enzymes that break down fatty acids, leading to a reduction in triglyceride levels. It also enhances the removal of LDL cholesterol from your blood and raises HDL cholesterol by increasing its production and delaying its breakdown.

• Rosuvastatin (20 mg): It works by blocking a key enzyme called HMG-CoA reductase, which is involved in cholesterol synthesis. By doing so, it reduces LDL cholesterol production in the liver and enhances LDL receptor activity in liver cells, thereby enhancing LDL removal from the blood. It also modestly increases HDL and reduces triglyceride levels.

• Keep Rosave F-20 Tablet in its original packaging to protect it from light and moisture.

• Store the medicine at room temperature, ideally between 20°C to 25°C.

• Never leave the tablet exposed to direct sunlight or damp areas like bathrooms.
