Rozavel F 20 Tablet is used in adults with mixed dyslipidaemia for intensive lipid management through higher-dose rosuvastatin 20 mg and fenofibrate.

Rozavel F 20 Tablet contains two active ingredients:

• Fenofibrate (160 mg): This ingredient activates an enzyme called peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor alpha (PPAR-α) in your body. PPAR-α plays a significant role in managing lipid metabolism, leading to increased breakdown of triglyceride-rich particles and clearance of LDL cholesterol from your bloodstream.
