Roseday F 20 Tablet is used in adults to lower high cholesterol and triglycerides in mixed dyslipidaemia, including very high triglycerides that raise the risk of pancreatitis.

Uses of Roseday F 20 Tablet are:

• Mixed Dyslipidaemia: Lowers LDL cholesterol and triglycerides and raises HDL cholesterol.
• Very High Triglycerides: Helps lower very high triglycerides that can cause pancreatitis.

Here's how you should take Roseday-F 20 Tablet:

• Follow the dosage and timing instructions provided by your doctor.
• Do not change or exceed the prescribed dose without consulting your doctor.
• Consult your doctor before discontinuing the medication; do not stop taking it without their guidance.
• Adhere to the dietary recommendations given by your doctor.

Roseday-F 20 Tablet is taken orally.

Roseday-F 20 Tablet contains two active ingredients:

• Fenofibrate (160 mg): Part of the fibrate class of medications, fenofibrate works by activating a receptor known as Peroxisome Proliferator-Activated Receptor α (PPARα). This receptor regulates various steps in lipid and lipoprotein metabolism. It leads to increased removal of triglyceride-rich particles from plasma and increased production of HDL cholesterol.
• Rosuvastatin (20 mg): This statin medication works by inhibiting an enzyme known as HMG-CoA reductase which is needed by the body to produce cholesterol. This action results in reduced total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, and triglycerides. Additionally, it increases HDL cholesterol levels.

• Store Roseday-F 20 Tablet at room temperature, ideally between 20°C and 25°C.
• Keep the medication in its original packaging until use to protect it from light and moisture.
• Please ensure that it's kept out of reach of children.
• Be mindful to use the tablet before the expiry date mentioned on the pack.

• Regular physical activity is recommended. Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise like brisk walking each day to help maintain healthy cholesterol levels.
