Roseday-F 20 Tablet is prescribed to manage cholesterol and triglyceride levels, raising good cholesterol (HDL) while lowering bad cholesterol (LDL) and triglycerides. This helps reduce the risk of heart disease, stroke, and complications that require arterial revascularization. It is also useful for managing hypertriglyceridemia in adults and promoting overall heart health.

Here's how you should take Roseday-F 20 Tablet:

• Follow the dosage and timing instructions provided by your doctor.
• Do not change or exceed the prescribed dose without consulting your doctor.
• Consult your doctor before discontinuing the medication; do not stop taking it without their guidance.

Roseday-F 20 Tablet is taken orally.

Roseday-F 20 Tablet contains two active ingredients:

• Fenofibrate (160 mg): Part of the fibrate class of medications, fenofibrate works by activating a receptor known as Peroxisome Proliferator-Activated Receptor α (PPARα). This receptor regulates various steps in lipid and lipoprotein metabolism. It leads to increased removal of triglyceride-rich particles from plasma and increased production of HDL cholesterol.
• Rosuvastatin (20 mg): This statin medication works by inhibiting an enzyme known as HMG-CoA reductase which is needed by the body to produce cholesterol. This action results in reduced total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, and triglycerides. Additionally, it increases HDL cholesterol levels.

• Store Roseday-F 20 Tablet at room temperature, ideally between 20°C and 25°C.
• Keep the medication in its original packaging until use to protect it from light and moisture.
• Please ensure that it's kept out of reach of children.
• Be mindful to use the tablet before the expiry date mentioned on the pack.

• Incorporate a low-fat, high-fibre diet into your daily routine. This helps manage cholesterol levels in your blood, enhancing the effectiveness of Roseday-F 20 Tablet.
