Pacimol 120 Suspension 60ml is used for managing pain and fever in children. It provides quick relief from headaches, toothaches, and symptoms of cold and flu. This suspension is easy to administer and gentle on your child's health, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

• Paracetamol: Paracetamol is a widely used analgesic and antipyretic medication that helps relieve pain and manage fever. • Children three months and above are supposed to take 10-15mg/kg per dose up to a maximum of four times in 24 hours. Do not exceed the dose. 
• Minimum four hours between two doses.
• Children two to three months are supposed to take a single dose of 10-15mg/kg for symptomatic relief of reaction due to vaccination. 
• Seek medical advice if fever persists after a second dose.
• Do not use it beyond three days without medical advice.
