It contains Paracetamol (120mg per 5ml), which helps alleviate mild to moderate pain and effectively reduces high body temperature caused by colds, flu, teething, and vaccinations. • Paracetamol (Acetaminophen): It is a widely used pain reliever (analgesic) and fever reducer (antipyretic). It works by blocking pain signals in the brain and regulating body temperature. Commonly used to relieve headaches, muscle pain, toothaches, colds, and fevers, it is considered safe when taken in recommended doses. It does not cause stomach irritation or bleeding, making it suitable for people with gastric sensitivity.

• For weight 10 – 10.9 kg, give 6.0 mL.
• For weight 11 – 11.9 kg, give  6.5 mL.
• For weight 12 kg, give 7.5 mL.
• For weight 13 – 13.9 kg, give 8.0 mL.
• For weight 14 – 14.9 kg, give 8.5 mL.
• For weight 15 – 15.9 kg, give 9.0 mL.
• Maximum daily dosage is 60 mg/kg presented in divided doses of 10–15 mg/kg throughout the 24-hour period.
• Minimum dosing interval is 4 hours.
• No more than 4 doses in 24 hours.
• Do not exceed 3 days of use without medical advice.
