CompositionPanderm ++ Cream is used to treat inflammatory skin conditions with a secondary bacterial or fungal infection. It clears the infection while reducing redness, itching and swelling.
It contains clobetasol, a potent corticosteroid that reduces inflammation, neomycin, an antibiotic that controls bacteria, and miconazole, an antifungal that clears fungal infection.
Apply it only to the affected area as directed. Keeping the skin clean and dry and wearing loose clothing over the area can help.
Because it contains a potent steroid, use it only for the period prescribed, as prolonged use can thin the skin. Tell your doctor about any pre-existing skin conditions before starting, and contact them if symptoms worsen. Do not use a steroid-containing combination for uncomplicated ringworm or another fungal infection unless specifically directed, because the steroid can mask or worsen infection.
