It contains cilnidipine, which is a calcium channel blocker. Take this tablet at the same time each day with or without food. Continue taking it regularly even if you feel well, as high blood pressure often has no symptoms. Do not stop suddenly as this may cause your blood pressure to rise.

Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have any liver disease, heart failure, or low blood pressure. Tell your doctor immediately if you experience severe swelling of the ankles or feet, very fast or irregular heartbeat, or severe dizziness. It is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
