It contains three active ingredients: levosalbutamol (a bronchodilator that relaxes airway muscles), ambroxol hydrochloride (a mucolytic agent that thins and breaks down thick mucus), and guaifenesin (an expectorant that reduces mucus stickiness, making it easier to cough out).
Drinking plenty of warm water throughout the day is highly recommended while taking this medicine. Adequate hydration works alongside the mucolytic and expectorant ingredients to effectively loosen chest congestion, making phlegm easier to expel.
