Bilacip M Tablet 10 is used to manage allergic rhinitis by relieving symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, and itchy or watery eyes. By combining an antihistamine and a decongestant, it helps reduce allergy-related discomfort effectively.

Bilacip M Tablet 10 is a combination medicine that includes two active ingredients:

• Bilastine (20 mg): This non-sedating antihistamine selectively binds to H1 histamine receptors in your body. Histamine is a natural chemical released during allergic reactions causing symptoms like itching, sneezing, runny nose, and watery eyes. By blocking histamine action, bilastine helps manage these allergy symptoms.
• Montelukast (10 mg): Belonging to a class of medicines called leukotriene receptor antagonists (LTRAs), montelukast works by blocking the action of leukotrienes. These are inflammatory chemicals released during an asthma attack or allergic reaction, causing airways to narrow and swell up, leading to difficulty breathing, chest tightness, and wheezing. Montelukast helps keep the airways open by blocking leukotriene receptors and preventing airway inflammation.

• Store the medicine at a comfortable room temperature, ideally below 30°C.
