Bilacip M Tablet is used in adults to relieve symptoms of seasonal allergies affecting the nose, eyes, and airways, including allergic asthma symptoms.

Uses of Bilacip M Tablet are:

• Allergic Rhinitis: Relieves sneezing, runny nose, and itchy, watery eyes caused by seasonal allergies.
• Allergic Asthma Support: Helps reduce chest tightness and wheezing triggered by allergens.
• Nasal and Airway Relief: Provides combined relief for symptoms affecting both the nasal passages and airways.

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• This medicine can be taken with or without food.
• If you experience an upset stomach, taking the tablet with food may help.

Bilacip M Tablet 10 is a combination medicine that includes two active ingredients:

• Bilastine (20 mg): This non-sedating antihistamine selectively binds to H1 histamine receptors in your body. Histamine is a natural chemical released during allergic reactions causing symptoms like itching, sneezing, runny nose, and watery eyes. By blocking histamine action, bilastine helps manage these allergy symptoms.
• Montelukast (10 mg): Belonging to a class of medicines called leukotriene receptor antagonists (LTRAs), montelukast works by blocking the action of leukotrienes. These are inflammatory chemicals released during an asthma attack or allergic reaction, causing airways to narrow and swell up, leading to difficulty breathing, chest tightness, and wheezing. Montelukast helps keep the airways open by blocking leukotriene receptors and preventing airway inflammation.

• Keep Bilacip M Tablet 10 in its original packaging to protect it from light and moisture.
• Store the medicine at a comfortable room temperature, ideally below 30°C.
• Keep the tablet well out of sight and reach of children for safety reasons.
