Rablet D Capsule is used to manage gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GORD), a condition in which stomach acid flows back into the food pipe, as well as nausea and vomiting associated with delayed stomach emptying and acid-related disorders.
It contains rabeprazole, a proton pump inhibitor that reduces stomach acid, and domperidone, which helps improve the movement of the stomach. Take the capsule as prescribed, swallowing it whole. It is important to continue taking it as prescribed, even if you start to feel better, to allow the food pipe to heal properly.
Eating smaller, more frequent meals, avoiding spicy, fatty or acidic foods, limiting caffeine and alcohol, and not lying down soon after eating can help reduce reflux symptoms. Raising the head of your bed slightly may also help at night.
Tell your doctor if you have liver or kidney problems, heart rhythm issues, or are taking other medicines, before starting this capsule. Consult your doctor if you experience chest pain, difficulty swallowing, or if your symptoms do not improve.
