Udapa-M 10/500 XR Tablet is used to manage type 2 diabetes. It combines dapagliflozin, which helps the kidneys remove glucose from the bloodstream, and metformin, which improves insulin sensitivity and reduces glucose production in the liver.

Follow these instructions while taking Udapa-M 500 XR Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. It's important not to crush or chew the tablet.
• Always take this medicine with food, ideally in the morning.
