Udapa-M 10/500 XR Tablet is used to manage blood sugar levels in adults with type 2 diabetes when diet and exercise alone do not provide adequate blood sugar control, supporting long-term blood sugar management.

Follow these instructions while taking Udapa-M 500 XR Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. It's important not to crush or chew the tablet.

• Dapagliflozin (10 mg): Dapagliflozin is a sodium-glucose co-transporter-2 (SGLT2) inhibitor. This means it blocks the reabsorption of glucose in your kidneys and promotes its excretion in urine. This helps remove excess glucose from your body without depending on insulin.
• Metformin (500 mg): Metformin falls under the category of biguanide antidiabetic agents.
