Dapanorm-M 10 Tablet comprises two active ingredients:

• Dapagliflozin (10 mg): This ingredient is a sodium-glucose co-transporter 2 (SGLT2) inhibitor. It operates in the proximal renal tubules in your kidneys, selectively blocking SGLT2. By doing this, it prevents glucose from being reabsorbed from the tubular lumen back into your body and lowers the renal threshold for glucose, therefore increasing urinary glucose excretion.
