Glynase-MF Tablet is used to treat high blood sugar in adults with type 2 diabetes. The combination of glipizide and metformin helps maintain blood glucose levels when lifestyle changes or single-drug treatments are not enough. It is also used to manage conditions like polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).

Here's how you should take Glynase-MF Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water during meals.
• Do not crush, chew, or split the tablet.
• Follow your doctor's prescribed dosage without self-adjusting it.
• Do not discontinue this medicine without first consulting your doctor.

Glynase-MF Tablet is taken orally.

Glynase-MF Tablet comprises two active ingredients:

• Glipizide (5 mg): This component stimulates the beta cells present in your pancreas to produce more insulin. Insulin is a hormone that allows cells in your body to absorb glucose (sugar) from the bloodstream. By enhancing insulin production, glipizide assists in reducing your blood sugar levels.
