• Oedema in Nephrotic Syndrome: Helps remove excess fluid and maintain electrolyte balance in kidney disorders.

• Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water.

• Take this medicine with food to reduce stomach upset.

• It is best to take it in the morning to avoid night-time urination.

• Take it at the same time each day for consistent results.

• Do not crush, break or chew the tablet.

• Avoid alcohol while using this medicine, as it may increase dizziness.

Torsinol Plus Tablet 10 contains two active ingredients that work together to eliminate excess fluid from your body:

• Spironolactone (50 mg): This ingredient blocks the action of aldosterone, a hormone that promotes sodium and water retention in your kidneys. By inhibiting aldosterone receptors, it increases sodium excretion while preserving potassium in the body.

• Torsemide (20 mg): As a loop diuretic, torsemide works by slowing the reabsorption of sodium and chloride in specific parts of the kidneys called the ascending loop of Henle and distal renal tubule. This action increases urine production and helps eliminate excess fluid from your body.

• Store Torsinol Plus Tablet 10 at room temperature below 30°C.
