Composition

Metoprolol Succinate (50 Mg) + Telmisartan (40 Mg)

Tazloc-Beta 50 Tablet is used to manage high blood pressure (hypertension). By lowering blood pressure, it reduces the risk of serious cardiovascular complications such as heart attack, stroke, and kidney damage.

It contains telmisartan (an angiotensin II receptor blocker) and metoprolol succinate (a beta-blocker). Telmisartan relaxes blood vessels while metoprolol slows the heart rate and reduces the force of heart contraction. Take it as prescribed, with or without food. Do not stop taking it suddenly, as abrupt withdrawal can cause a rapid spike in blood pressure.

Adopting heart-healthy habits such as reducing dietary salt, engaging in regular physical activity, managing stress, and avoiding smoking and excess alcohol supports blood pressure control.

Before using this medicine, tell your doctor if you have kidney or liver disease, asthma, heart block, or slow heart rate. It is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Regular blood pressure and kidney function monitoring may be recommended.
