Metolar TL 50 Tablet is used for the following:

Management of high blood pressure
Lowering the risk of heart attacks, strokes, or death in patients aged 55 years and older at high cardiovascular risk

When taking Metolar TL 50 Tablet, please be mindful of the following instructions:

Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
Avoid crushing, chewing, or breaking the tablet.

It is crucial not to stop using this medicine without your doctor's advice.

Metolar TL 50 Tablet is taken orally.

You may experience the following side effects with Metolar TL 50 Tablet:

Fatigue or weakness

Upset stomach, diarrhoea, or constipation
Runny nose or sneezing
Difficulty sleeping
