Metoprolol Succinate (50 Mg) + Telmisartan (40 Mg)

Newtel-Beta 50 Tablet is used to manage high blood pressure and heart-related complications. It helps relax blood vessels, lower blood pressure, and reduce the heart’s workload. This combination medicine belongs to a group of medications known as antihypertensives.

Apart from managing high blood pressure, this tablet also reduces the risk of cardiovascular events such as fatal and non-fatal strokes and heart attacks. It is particularly beneficial for patients aged 55 years and older who are at high risk of major cardiovascular events and cannot take ACE inhibitors.

Lowering high blood pressure to manage hypertension
Reducing the risk of heart-related events such as strokes and heart attacks
Decreasing the possibility of cardiovascular causes in high-risk patients aged 55 and above who cannot take ACE inhibitors
