Solvin LS Syrup is used in children and adults to relieve productive cough and chest congestion caused by airway inflammation and mucus build-up.

Uses of Solvin LS Syrup are:

• Productive Cough Relief: Helps loosen and clear thick mucus from the airways during respiratory infections.
• Bronchial Asthma and COPD: Eases breathing and chest tightness associated with chronic lung conditions.
• Bronchitis and Pneumonia: Relieves coughing and airway congestion caused by bronchial and lung infections.

Administer Solvin LS Syrup to your child as follows:

• Use a spoon or provided measuring cup to measure the correct dose of syrup.

• Ensure to shake the bottle well before each use.

• Always keep the bottle properly capped after use.

• Remember, this medicine contains sugar. If your child has diabetes, consult your doctor before giving them this medicine.

Solvin LS Syrup is given orally.

Solvin LS Syrup contains three active ingredients that work together:

• Ambroxol (30 mg): This is a mucolytic agent which breaks down mucus and facilitates its removal from the respiratory tract. It reduces the viscosity of mucus secretions, promoting mucus clearance and enhancing surfactant production, which helps prevent the collapse of alveoli in the lungs.

• Guaifenesin (50 mg): Guaifenesin acts as an expectorant that helps thin and loosen mucus in your child's airways, making it easier for them to cough out. It works by increasing the volume and reducing the viscosity of respiratory tract secretions.

• Levosalbutamol (1 mg): A bronchodilator that relaxes smooth muscles in the airways by acting as a selective beta-2 adrenergic agonist. This action increases airflow, making it easier for your child to breathe. Levosalbutamol has a longer duration of action and fewer side effects compared to similar substances.

• Store your Solvin LS Syrup in a cool place, below 25°C.

• Keep the bottle tightly closed to protect it from light and moisture.
