Solvin LS Syrup helps manage productive coughs caused by bronchial asthma, COPD, bronchitis, and pneumonia. It eases symptoms related to these conditions by reducing airway inflammation, improving lung airflow, and facilitating mucus clearance. The syrup also aids in treating chronic lung diseases and alleviates coughing associated with respiratory infections.

Administer Solvin LS Syrup to your child as follows:

• Use a spoon or provided measuring cup to measure the correct dose of syrup.

• Ensure to shake the bottle well before each use.

• Always keep the bottle properly capped after use.

• Remember, this medicine contains sugar. If your child has diabetes, consult your doctor before giving them this medicine.

Solvin LS Syrup contains three active ingredients that work together:

• Ambroxol (30 mg): This is a mucolytic agent which breaks down mucus and facilitates its removal from the respiratory tract. It reduces the viscosity of mucus secretions, promoting mucus clearance and enhancing surfactant production, which helps prevent the collapse of alveoli in the lungs.

• Guaifenesin (50 mg): Guaifenesin acts as an expectorant that helps thin and loosen mucus in your child's airways, making it easier for them to cough out. It works by increasing the volume and reducing the viscosity of respiratory tract secretions.

• Levosalbutamol (1 mg): A bronchodilator that relaxes smooth muscles in the airways by acting as a selective beta-2 adrenergic agonist. This action increases airflow, making it easier for your child to breathe. Levosalbutamol has a longer duration of action and fewer side effects compared to similar substances.
