Febrex Plus Tablet is used to relieve symptoms of the common cold and allergies, including sneezing, a runny or blocked nose, fever, headache, body ache, and watery eyes.
It contains paracetamol, chlorpheniramine, and phenylephrine. Take the tablet as advised by your doctor, with or without food. Do not exceed the recommended dose or duration, and avoid taking other cold or fever medicines containing paracetamol at the same time.
Getting plenty of rest, drinking warm fluids, and using a saline nasal spray or steam inhalation can help ease congestion alongside this medicine. Avoiding cold drinks and exposure to allergy triggers such as dust and smoke may also help.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have liver disease, high blood pressure, glaucoma, or an enlarged prostate. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how the medicine affects you, as it can cause drowsiness. Consult your doctor if symptoms do not improve within a few days.
