Revelol-Am 25/2.5 Tablet is intended for the following:

• Lowering high blood pressure, also known as hypertension.

• Helping manage chronic stable angina, a type of chest pain caused by reduced blood flow to the heart.

• Controlling vasospastic angina, a chest pain that occurs at rest, often at night or early morning.

Assisting in the management of confirmed or suspected coronary artery disease in patients without heart failure or a significantly reduced ejection fraction, which is the percentage of blood leaving your heart each time it contracts.

Here's how to take Revelol-Am 25/2.5 Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Don't chew, crush or break it.

• It's not necessary to take it with food; you can have it with or without meals.

• Make sure to take your medicine at the same time each day to maintain consistent levels in your body.

• Never exceed the recommended dose and always consult your doctor before making any changes to how you take this medicine.

Revelol-Am 25/2.5 Tablet is taken orally.

Revelol-Am 25/2.5 Tablet contains two active ingredients:

• Amlodipine (2.5 mg): This component is a calcium channel blocker which works by reducing the movement of calcium into the muscle cells in your blood vessels and heart. The result is relaxation of your blood vessels, causing them to widen and lower your blood pressure.

• Metoprolol Succinate (25 mg): This ingredient is a beta1-selective adrenoceptor blocking agent which decreases your heart rate and reduces the strength with which your heart muscle contracts, lowering your blood pressure and reducing how hard your heart has to work.

These two components work together to enhance the supply of oxygen and improve symptoms related to angina by striking a balance between oxygen supply and demand in your heart.
