• Rancad Tablet is used to treat acid reflux, heartburn, and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). It helps reduce stomach acid production, providing relief from symptoms like indigestion and discomfort. It may also be prescribed for other gastrointestinal conditions as directed by a doctor.
• Use in patients intolerant to other anti-anginal medications: If you're unable to tolerate other medicines aimed at managing angina, Rancad Tablet might be an option for you.

Rancad Tablet contains ranolazine (500 mg) and works in the following ways:

• Supports cardiac function in low oxygen environment: When the heart doesn't get enough oxygen, like in individuals suffering from angina, it can cause an imbalance in the levels of sodium and calcium inside the heart muscle cells. Ranolazine helps restore this balance by blocking the entry of sodium into the cells. This indirectly reduces the amount of calcium that enters the cells as well.
