Ranozex 500 mg tablet belongs to a class of medications known as antianginal. Numerous clinical trials have evaluated the efficacy and safety of the Ranozex 500 mg tablet. Ranozex 500 mg tablet significantly improved exercise tolerance and reduced the frequency of angina attacks in patients with chronic angina. In addition to its antianginal effects, Ranozex 500 mg tablet has been shown to benefit cardiac function.

Ranozex 500 mg tablet has demonstrated improved left ventricular diastolic function in patients with coronary artery disease. However, it may interact with certain medications and should be used carefully in patients with certain medical conditions, such as a liver problem or kidney disease.
