Melabest Cream is used to treat skin conditions like melasma, freckles, age spots, and uneven skin tone by lightening dark spots and reducing redness and swelling. The cream helps improve the overall look of your skin by promoting skin renewal. It is also effective in managing pregnancy-related dark patches, giving the skin a clearer and more even appearance.

• Melabest cream is only meant for external use. Avoid contact with eyes, nose, mouth and mucous membranes.
• Wash your hands and the affected area before applying the cream.
• Take a small amount of the cream on your finger, and apply it to the affected area.
• Make sure you wash your hands post application as well.
• It is recommended that dosage and frequency of application should be according to your doctor’s prescription.
• It should preferably be applied at night time so that there is no exposure to sunlight after application.

Melabest cream is meant for external topical application only.

• Melabest cream is composed of Hydroquinone, mometasone and tretinoin. The combined effect of these ingredients helps in lightening the dark skin spots. This hyperpigmentation usually occurs in various conditions like pregnancy, hormonal imbalances or any other injury to the skin. 
• Mometasone is a corticosteroid that crosses the skin to reduce the effect of inflammation causing agents thereby reducing swelling, redness, itching and inflammation.
• Tretinoin belongs to a group of medications called retinoids (artificially synthesized vit A) that works by reducing pigmentation spots. It is also used in the treatment of acne and for reducing wrinkles.

• Store this medicine at room temperature (15-25ºC).
• Protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep the cream away from children.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.

• The cream makes the skin sensitive to sunlight. Therefore it is advised to limit your sun exposure after the application of the cream. 
• In case of expected sun exposure, wear protective clothing and apply sunscreen. 
• Avoid products with harsh chemicals or skincare products that irritate.

• Melabest cream is only for external use. Do not take the medicine orally. 
• If the hyperpigmentation does not reduce even after 6-8 weeks, consult a dermatologist again. 
• Avoid contact with the cream in your eyes or genital region. Rinse with water immediately in case of any contact.
