Telmikind-H Tablet is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) in patients. It helps lower blood pressure, reduce strain on the heart, and prevent complications such as heart attack, stroke, and kidney damage. The tablet works by relaxing blood vessels and removing excess fluid from the body, making it effective for long-term blood pressure management.

When using Telmikind-H Tablet, follow these instructions:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
• Avoid crushing, chewing, or breaking the tablet.

Telmikind-H Tablet comprises two active components:
