Hydroquinone reduces melanin production, tretinoin increases skin cell turnover, and mometasone reduces inflammation, together lightening hyperpigmented skin while keeping irritation from the other two ingredients under control.
Apply it to the affected area as directed by your dermatologist. Continue using it only for the duration advised, as prolonged use is not recommended.
