Skinlite Cream is used to treat melasma and hyperpigmentation. It lightens dark patches, evens skin tone, reduces inflammation, and improves skin texture. It also smooths fine lines and reduces mottled pigmentation, resulting in clearer, brighter skin.

Here are some guidelines on how to use Skinlite Cream:

• Ensure the affected area of skin is clean and dry prior to application.

• Apply a thin layer of this cream to the affected areas at bedtime.

• Gently massage the cream into your skin until it is fully absorbed.

• Avoid contact with your eyes, nose, mouth and any open wounds. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

• During daytime hours, remember to use sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher and wear protective clothing.

• Replace the cap immediately after use.

Skinlite Cream is a combination medication composed of three active ingredients:

• Hydroquinone (2%): This component acts as a skin-lightening agent. It inhibits melanin production by blocking an enzyme called tyrosinase, leading to decreased pigment production and gradual fading of dark patches.
• Tretinoin (0.025%): Tretinoin is a retinoid that increases skin cell turnover and promotes collagen synthesis. It enhances the penetration of hydroquinone into the skin, helps improve skin texture, fine wrinkles, and mottled hyperpigmentation.
• Mometasone (0.1%): Mometasone is a medium-potency synthetic corticosteroid that reduces redness, swelling, and inflammation associated with melasma and other skin conditions. It exerts anti-inflammatory effects possibly by inducing proteins called lipocortins which help to reduce the release of inflammatory mediators.

• Store Skinlite Cream at room temperature between 20°C to 25°C.
• Keep the tube tightly closed when not in use. Do not freeze.
• Protect the cream from light and moisture.
• Always keep Skinlite Cream out of reach of children.

• Since Skinlite Cream manages melasma, avoid direct sun exposure as much as possible. When outdoors, wear a wide-brimmed hat and protective clothing.

• Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30 daily, even on cloudy days, to protect your skin from harmful UV rays that can worsen melasma.
