CompositionTelmikind-AM Tablet is used to manage high blood pressure and to help reduce the risk of heart-related problems such as stroke and heart attack.
It contains telmisartan, an angiotensin receptor blocker, and amlodipine, a calcium channel blocker. Together they relax and widen the blood vessels, lowering blood pressure more effectively than either alone.
Take it by mouth as prescribed, usually at the same time each day. Reducing salt and staying active support control.
Do not use it in pregnancy. Tell your doctor about any kidney disease or potassium imbalance before starting, and report ankle swelling or dizziness promptly.
