Dynaglipt M Tablet is used to control blood sugar levels in people with type 2 diabetes. It combines teneligliptin to boost insulin release and metformin to reduce glucose production in the liver, improving insulin sensitivity and helping to manage blood sugar effectively.

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush or chew the tablet as it is designed to release medicine slowly in your body.

Dynaglipt-M Tablet works in your body through two active components, metformin and teneligliptin:

• Metformin (500 mg): Metformin is a biguanide that reduces both basal and postprandial blood glucose levels in your body. It decreases the production of glucose in your liver, reduces the absorption of glucose in your intestines and enhances insulin sensitivity by increasing peripheral glucose uptake and utilisation. Metformin does not stimulate insulin secretion; therefore, it carries a low risk of hypoglycaemia.
• Teneligliptin (20 mg): Teneligliptin is a dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitor. This compound slows down the inactivation of hormones called incretins, such as GLP-1 and GIP. By extending the activity of these incretins, teneligliptin enhances the secretion of insulin and decreases the release of glucagon from cells in your pancreas in a glucose-dependent manner. This dual action results in an overall reduction of blood glucose levels with a low risk of hypoglycaemia.

• Store Dynaglipt-M Tablet at room temperature, ideally not exceeding 30°C.
• Keep the medicine in a dry place, away from light.
