Dynaglipt-M Tablet is used to control blood sugar levels in people with type 2 diabetes mellitus. It combines teneligliptin, which increases insulin release, and metformin, which reduces glucose production in the liver and improves insulin sensitivity, helping maintain effective long-term blood sugar control.

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush or chew the tablet as it is designed to release medicine slowly in your body.

Dynaglipt-M Tablet works in your body through two active components, metformin and teneligliptin:

• Metformin (500 mg): Metformin is a biguanide that reduces both basal and postprandial blood glucose levels in your body. It decreases the production of glucose in your liver, reduces the absorption of glucose in your intestines and enhances insulin sensitivity by increasing peripheral glucose uptake and utilisation. Metformin does not stimulate insulin secretion; therefore, it carries a low risk of hypoglycaemia.
• Teneligliptin (20 mg): Teneligliptin is a dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitor. This compound slows down the inactivation of hormones called incretins, such as GLP-1 and GIP. By extending the activity of these incretins, teneligliptin enhances the secretion of insulin and decreases the release of glucagon from cells in your pancreas in a glucose-dependent manner. This dual action results in an overall reduction of blood glucose levels with a low risk of hypoglycaemia.

• Store Dynaglipt-M Tablet at room temperature, ideally not exceeding 30°C.
