Mega CV 375 Tablet is used in adults to treat a wide range of bacterial infections affecting the lungs, ears, nasal sinuses, urinary tract, skin, and teeth, including infections caused by certain resistant bacteria.

Uses of Mega CV 375 Tablet are:

• Respiratory Infections: Treats pneumonia, sinusitis, and bronchitis caused by susceptible bacteria.
• Ear and Urinary Infections: Helps clear ear infections and urinary tract infections.
• Skin Infections: Treats skin infections such as cellulitis.
• Dental and Bone Infections: Helps treat dental abscesses and bone or joint infections.

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew it.
• Take the medicine at evenly spaced intervals to maintain a constant level in your blood.
• Take the tablet in the dosage and frequency prescribed by your doctor.
• Always finish the entire course prescribed by your doctor, even if you feel better.

Mega Cv 375 Tablet 6 works in the human body in the following ways:

• Amoxicillin (250 mg): It works by inhibiting penicillin-binding proteins (PBPs), required for the synthesis of peptidoglycans (the main component of bacterial cell walls). In the absence of a rigid cell wall, the bacterial cells undergo lysis, causing cell death.
• Clavulanic acid (125 mg): This component enhances amoxicillin’s effectiveness by binding to beta-lactamase enzymes produced by certain resistant bacteria that would otherwise neutralise amoxicillin.

• Keep Mega Cv 375 Tablet 6 in a tightly closed container.
• Store the medicine at room temperature, ideally below 25°C.
• Avoid exposure to light and moisture.
• Always keep this medicine out of reach of children.
• Remember to use the medicine before the expiry date printed on the pack.
