Glycinorm-OD 30 Tablet is used for managing Type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults.

• Take this tablet with a glass of water.

• Swallow the tablet whole without crushing or chewing it.

• Do not stop taking this medicine without consulting your doctor.

• If you feel dizzy after taking this medicine, avoid driving or operating machinery.

• Carry some sugar or sweets with you in case of low blood sugar symptoms.

Glycinorm-OD 30 Tablet contains gliclazide (30 mg), which works on the body as follows:

• Pancreatic Beta Cell Stimulation: Gliclazide binds to specific receptors on the beta cells of the pancreas, causing them to release more insulin into the bloodstream.

• Insulin Secretion Enhancement: It closes potassium channels in pancreatic cells, leading to calcium influx that triggers increased insulin release to help lower blood glucose levels.
