Faroright Er 300 Tablet 10

Faroright ER 300 Tablet is used to treat bacterial infections.

Uses of Faroright ER 300 Tablet are:

• Respiratory Infections: Treats pneumonia, bronchitis and sinusitis.
• Urinary Infections: Treats cystitis, pyelonephritis and prostatitis.
• Skin and Gynaecological Infections: Treats skin infections and pelvic infections.

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Do not crush or chew the tablet.

• Make sure to take your medicine at approximately the same time each day for effectiveness.

• Continue taking this medicine for the full course recommended by your doctor, even if you start feeling better earlier.

• Always consult your doctor before changing the dose or stopping the medication.

Faroright ER 300 Tablet is taken orally.

Faroright ER 300 Tablet contains faropenem (300 mg), which acts on the body in the following ways:

• Cell Wall Synthesis Inhibition: Faropenem works by blocking certain proteins involved in building bacteria's cell walls. These proteins are known as penicillin-binding proteins (PBPs).

• Bacterial Cell Death: By blocking these PBPs and interrupting cell wall synthesis, faropenem weakens the cell wall, causing it to break down, leading to the death of the bacteria.

• Beta-lactamases Resistance: Faropenem is able to resist certain enzymes produced by bacteria that usually cause resistance against penicillin-like antibiotics. This allows faropenem to remain effective against these resistant bacteria.

• Keep the Faroright ER 300 Tablet in its original packaging.

• Store at room temperature, ideally below 25°C.

• Protect from exposure to direct light and moisture.

• Always keep this medicine out of reach of children.

• Ensure you use it before the expiry date mentioned on the pack.

• If you're managing a respiratory tract infection with Faroright ER 300 Tablet, aim to stay well-hydrated. Drinking plenty of fluids can help thin mucus and drain your sinuses.

• For urinary tract infections, consider a diet low in sugar and processed foods. High-sugar diets can promote bacterial growth, worsening your condition.
