Follow these easy steps to take Esopen-DSR Capsule:

• Swallow the capsule whole with a full glass of water.
• Avoid crushing or chewing the capsule.
• The medicine should be taken at least 1 hour before a meal, preferably in the morning.

Esopen-DSR Capsule is taken orally.

Esopen-DSR Capsule contains two active ingredients:

• Domperidone (30 mg): This component acts as an antiemetic and prokinetic agent. It works by blocking the dopamine receptors in your body which are involved in triggering feelings of nausea and vomiting. By doing so, it enhances the contractions of your stomach and small intestine, helping food move more easily through your digestive system.
• Esomeprazole (40 mg): As a proton pump inhibitor, esomeprazole works by irreversibly blocking an enzyme system in your stomach called H+/K+ ATPase (the proton pump). This action inhibits the final step of acid production in your stomach, thereby reducing both basal and stimulated acid secretion.

These two components work together in a sustained release formulation to provide long-lasting relief from symptoms.
