Zosa-DSR Capsule is used to manage gastrointestinal conditions such as erosive esophagitis, GERD, peptic ulcers, and Zollinger–Ellison syndrome. It reduces excess stomach acid, relieves heartburn and indigestion, and provides sustained relief from acid-related digestive discomfort, improving overall digestive health.

Here's how you should take Zosa DSR Capsule:

• Swallow capsule whole with a glass of water.

• Avoid opening, chewing, or crushing the capsule.

• Ensure to take it at least 1 hour before your meal.

Remember, do not increase or decrease the dose without consulting your doctor.

Zosa DSR Capsule is taken orally.

Zosa DSR Capsule contains two active ingredients:

• Domperidone (30 mg): This ingredient acts as a dopamine antagonist in your stomach, blocking dopamine receptors there. As a result, it enhances the movement of your food pipe and stomach, increases pressure at the lower end of your food pipe, and helps empty your stomach faster. These actions help reduce uncomfortable symptoms such as nausea and fullness.

• Esomeprazole (40 mg): This component works by irreversibly blocking an enzyme system called proton pump in certain cells of your stomach. By doing so, it effectively reduces the production of stomach acid. Lowering stomach acid levels aids in healing erosive esophagitis and reduces heartburn associated with GERD.

• Store Zosa DSR Capsule at a room temperature of 15-30°C.

• Keep the medicine in a closed container, safe from exposure to light and moisture.

• Ensure it is kept out of the reach of children.

• Always use the medicine before its expiry date.

• If you're managing gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) or peptic ulcers with Zosa DSR Capsule, try to eat smaller meals throughout the day instead of three large ones. This can reduce the workload on your stomach and prevent acid reflux.

• Engage in regular physical activity, as this can help regulate your digestive system and reduce symptoms associated with GERD and peptic ulcers.
