Composition

Chlorpheniramine Maleate (2 Mg) + Dextromethorphan (10 Mg) + Phenylephrine (5 Mg)

Ephedrex Syrup 100 ml is used to relieve symptoms of cough and cold. It is a combination cold-relief medicine containing chlorpheniramine maleate, dextromethorphan and phenylephrine.

For your child, this medicine helps soothe coughing associated with common colds. It also eases throat irritation and clears nasal congestion in children.

Before starting, tell your child's doctor about your child's medical conditions and allergies. Tell the doctor about all other medicines, supplements or herbal products your child takes. Attend any monitoring appointments advised by your doctor. Report persistent or serious side effects to your child's doctor. Do not stop giving or using the medicine unless the doctor advises you to do so.
