Ascoril D Junior Syrup is used in children to relieve a dry cough and other symptoms of upper-respiratory infections and allergies, such as a runny nose, sneezing, watery eyes, and nasal congestion.
It contains chlorpheniramine, an antihistamine, dextromethorphan, a cough suppressant, and phenylephrine, a decongestant. Together these calm the cough, reduce allergy symptoms, and clear a blocked nose.
Give the syrup at the dose advised by your doctor, using the measuring device provided.
Tell your doctor about any existing conditions or other medicines your child takes before starting.
