• Cardiac glycosides: Spironolactone in this medicine may increase blood levels of digoxin, potentially leading to digoxin toxicity.

• Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines: Ibuprofen, diclofenac, and naproxen can reduce the effectiveness of Torsid Plus 5/50 Tablet 10 and increase the risk of kidney problems.

• Psychiatric medications: Medicines like lithium may increase lithium blood levels, raising the risk of lithium toxicity.
