• Cardiac glycosides: Spironolactone in this medicine may increase blood levels of digoxin, potentially leading to digoxin toxicity.

• Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines: Ibuprofen, diclofenac, and naproxen can reduce the effectiveness of Aldactone T 5 Tablet 15 and increase the risk of kidney problems.

• Psychiatric medications: Medicines like lithium may increase lithium blood levels, raising the risk of lithium toxicity.

Aldactone T 5 Tablet 15 interacts with potassium-rich foods. While taking this medicine, avoid the following:
